Sterling Home Rentals was formed in 2021 by our Management Team that has over 20+ years of property management experience in all zip codes of the Kansas City Metro area and surrounding suburbs. Our focus is managing for investors who are looking to maximize appreciation of their portfolios by working together as a team. Sterling Home Rentals mission is to provide top level property management services to our clients and tenants through the foundation of excellent customer service, team work, and technology to set the standard for quality property management in the Kansas City Metro Area.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Hubert Hultgren

CEO / CO-FOUNDER
Hubert started his career in single family rentals in 2010 eventually becoming the Chief Operating Officer at Tricon American Homes where he managed & acquired 4,000 homes or $1.0b in real estate. Prior to that he was a CFO & Financial Executive for private equity real estate and development companies. Hubert started his career with Ernst & Young where he was a manager in the Real Estate audit group. Masters in Accounting at the University of Virginia and Undergrad in Finance at University of Colorado-Boulder.
LeAnn Hiatt

COO / CO-FOUNDER
LeAnn has spent the last 8 years in Single Family Property Management. In 2021 she was responsible for opening the Sterling Property Management office where she is responsible for the day to day operations of the property management team. Prior to that she was Director of Operations for Meridian Property Management, responsible for a 400 Single Family Portfolio in the KC urban core. Before entering real estate she was the Operations Manager for a Kansas City financial services company. Undergrad in Organizational Communication and Business at Northwest Missouri State University.
John Wiley

CO-FOUNDER
John is an expert in real estate acquisition and construction management, skilled in portfolio acquisition, rehabilitation, and team leadership. John's strategic vision and operational expertise have cemented his reputation as a leader in the industry.
Ian Fisher

CO-FOUNDER
Co-founded Golden Pacific Capital and has built a $100MM+ portfolio of single family rentals. In addition, he is focused on a range of other real estate opportunities, primarily in the affordable space – mobile home parks, as well as self-storage, multi-family and others, across ~$300MM of real estate. Ian most recently co-founded a private market investment platform focused on investing alongside world-class sponsors such as Oaktree, Carlyle, and Apollo. Ian began his career in management consulting as a partner at the Seabury Group (the largest aviation-focused global advisory firm, subsequently acquired by Accenture plc). He holds a B.A. from Yale University.
