Rental Requirements

Applicants must make a minimum 3X the monthly rent, verified by documentation (3 months consistent paystubs, tax documents, ect)

 Applicants must demonstrate consistent employment for the past 6 months and report a minimum of 3 years employment history.

Applicants must provide a minimum 3 years of rental history with references.

Poor Credit references, Evictions/Judgments, Criminal History or Negative Rental History may result in denial of tenancy and additional documentation may be required.

Automatic double deposit will be required if credit score is below 620. No exceptions.
