Our options for payment include the following:
PAY ONLINE
Through your tenant portal you can pay online with bank routing/ account information, debit cards, or credit cards (fees apply) schedule for fees:
ACH- with a checking/ savings account and routing number- $2.95.
Debit card- $4.95
Credit card- $2.95 service fee + 3% charge fee of total amount paid.
PAY DIRECT TO OUR OFFICE
Rent can also be mailed to our PO Box via Money Order or Personal check- however these payments WILL NOT be reported to the credit bureaus. There is also a secure drop box at our office if you are a local tenant!
