  • If the home is pet friendly there will be additional deposits due as well as additional monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. 2 pet max per home, and pets over 45lbs fully grown may require a larger deposit.

  • We will, as long as the eviction is over 5 years old and all balances/ damages due have been paid back in full to the former owner/ management company. Documentation Required.

  • Once you like a home an application will be sent to you to fill out, if you meet our minimum requirements, you will then be sent a link to apply for the property with the full background check. We get those results back instantly. The normal delay in approval is rental references. If you can give your past/ current landlords a heads up that will speed up the process! Once references are done and you pass the background check we will call with approval/ denial and next steps. Overall, the process takes anywhere from 24-48 hrs. depending on how quickly you apply and how quick the rental references are to get back with our office.

  • Yes! As a tenant you should always protect yourself with renter’s insurance! If you need assistance please contact our office and we can point you in the right direction!

  • Our application fee is $45 per adult applying for the home.
