If the home is pet friendly there will be additional deposits due as well as additional monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. 2 pet max per home, and pets over 45lbs fully grown may require a larger deposit.

We will, as long as the eviction is over 5 years old and all balances/ damages due have been paid back in full to the former owner/ management company. Documentation Required.

Once the application is fully completed the approval process can take 24-48 hours or longer

depending on how quickly the required information is provided by applicants to our office.
